  • We have 5 apartments in Rafailovići, built in 2005 and 2006. The apartments Rafailović are situated in 2 buildings, which are separated only by the street. There are 50 m from the seaside, the sand beach, pedestrian zone Budva - Miločer. They are a paradise for a holiday.
  • Along the sea, there are hotels, ice-cream stores, restaurants and pizzerias with good food preparation tradition. Supermarkets, butchery shop, rent-a-car and, pharmacist and a doctor are 30 m away from the apartments.

    They are luxuriously equipped, with high quality bedclothes, towels, terry blankets, dishes (cutlery and crockery with necessary kitchen machines), TV, fridge, cooker, hair dryer, iron, air condition etc.

    Entering the room is at 1pm and leaving the apartment at 10 am.

  • Rafailovići, a fishermen’s place, situated between Budva and Sveti Stefan, which are connected by the long promenade by the shore.

    Budva riviera (Budva-Buljarica), 20km long, is rich in 16 beautiful sand beaches, 7 monasteries, over 50 village and city shrines.

    Rafailovići are about 3km away from Budva and 2km from Sveti Stefan. They are part of the large sand beach of Bečići which is 1800 m long, with crystal clear seawater. In 1936, the Bečići beach was declared the most beautiful natural Mediterranean beach by the international experts. Every day, there are boats circulating between Rafailovići and Sveti Stefan, Budva, the Queen’s beach in Miločer, Petrovac, Herceg Novi, Igalo and other coast places in Montenegro. There are organized visits to the Ostrog monastery. This place is also visited by the most prominent world celebrities, and not just believers and visitors of the cultural monuments. Most of the pilgrims pray St. Basil of Ostrog to help them make their biggest wishes come true, primarily those related to their health. The traditional gathering day of pilgrims, St. Basil’s day, is on 12 May, when there are thousands of believers gathered in this area.

    Rafailovići passed a long way from a small fisherman’s town to a lider of the Adriatic tourism. They are the spot of a well-known tourist offer.

    There are adjacent airports Tivat, which is 23 km away, and the airport Podgorica, about 60 km away from this spot.

    Budva, the city of theatre and festivals, also known from the period of Sophocles from the V century b.c., with mixture of Illyrian, Hellenistic, Roman and Slovenian culture, is a jewel of the south Adriatic Sea and Montenegro.

    Miločer, known for its pine forest, olives, parks of exotic vegetation, the Queen’s beach, the vacation spot of a former Yugoslavian king Alexander, is today a holiday destination for romantic and rich clients.

    Sveti Stefan, a Middle Age fortress and a town on a rocky peninsula which is connected with the land by the sand bank. Today, Sveti Stefan is a favourite tourist city with 3 churches, many luxurious apartments and rich entertainment.
